The journey back was long, but the weather good. The E40 between Belgium and France was a real pain, with lots of delays. The GPS reckoned on 2 hours 10 minutes for that section. It actually took us nearly four hours. Dover onwards was absolutely fine though.

Why has it taken so long to get round to writing this? We needed a good rest.
